NAD Legit A transparency-first ledger of the NAD+ evidence — what the controlled human trials actually show, what is sold as a supplement versus approved as a drug, and where the IV-quality and 'unproven-benefit' risks really sit.

08. Why NAD Legit exists

About NAD Legit and what NAD+ studies mean for you

We separate results in people from findings in mice or loose cells. You can see when a seller claims more than a study found.

What NAD Legit gives you

NAD Legit tells you what published NAD+ studies found. Results in people come before claims made by sellers.

There isn't a clinic or doctor on our staff. We don't make, sell, ship, or prescribe anything.

Nothing here is medical advice. You get study results in plain words, not a care plan.

The word "legit" points to one hard question. Did a fair study in people show the claim, or did a seller go beyond it?

We don't approve products or sellers. We tell you where the proof stops.

How the study limits protect you

What happened to people comes first. Results from mice and loose cells in dishes say so in plain words.

A blood change isn't called a cure here. A sold supplement also isn't treated like an approved medicine.

The result stays tied to the people, animals, or cells actually studied. A finding in mice won't be offered as a promise for you.

NMN and NR are vitamin-based pill ingredients that become NAD+ inside you. We won't call a test of either pill a test of swallowing NAD+ itself.

These limits show when a seller claims more than a study found. You can judge the claim without taking our word for it.

What only you and your doctor can decide

We won't pick a pill or seller for you. An amount here only says what researchers gave people.

NAD+ is sold as a supplement, which isn't an approved medicine. No sale changes that fact.

A page can't replace a talk with your doctor. A doctor who knows you can weigh your health, medicines, and risks.

The choice about a pill or IV drip belongs in that talk. We can't make it for you.
